We Connect

We Connect is a simple yet very effective group activity whereby each participant carries a card that lists a highly engaging and thought provoking question which they ask a fellow participant and vice versa.

They interact, swap cards and move on to engage with another group member. Emphasis is on listening, observing, processing information, thinking before formulating an action or response.

Building relationships is at the very core of customer service, therefore communication upskilling, displaying empathy and the ability to think on your feet are all valuable personal attributes worth honing in on. 

 


Questioning the customer to identify needs and priorities, adapting the sales offering, costing the product, developing and presenting a value proposition
